John’s Water Ice has always been about more than just a frozen treat — it’s about summer nights, sticky fingers, and that first cold spoonful that makes everything slow down for a second.
When we started experimenting with freeze-drying John’s classic flavors, it wasn’t part of some big master plan. It was curiosity. Could we take something so nostalgic, so tied to the moment, and give it a whole new life?
Turns out… yeah. And it was kind of incredible.
Freeze-drying transforms water ice into something totally unexpected — light, crunchy, intensely flavorful — while keeping the soul of what made it special in the first place. Same bold flavors. Same recipes. Just a new way to experience them.
We didn’t rush this. Every batch was tested, tweaked, and taste-tested (a lot). The goal was never to reinvent John’s — it was to honor it. To make something fun, surprising, and genuinely good.
Today, John’s Freeze-Dried Water Ice is made with the same care and creativity that’s always defined the brand. It’s playful, it’s a little weird (in the best way), and it’s built to make people smile.

Please note: Freeze-dried water ice is fragile. While we pack every box with extreme care using bubble wrap and sturdy boxes, some breakage or "dust" may occur during transit. This does not affect the flavor or safety of the product.4. Heat & Melting
Freeze-dried products are shelf-stable and do not need refrigeration. However, extreme heat can affect texture. Please try to retrieve your package promptly upon delivery.5. Lost/Stolen Packages
Sugar Crunch LLC is not liable for packages stated as delivered by the carrier but missing. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.

REFUND POLICY1. All Sales Final
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at [email protected] so that we can evaluate the issue.3. Exceptions
We may offer a replacement or store credit for products that arrive significantly damaged (crushed boxes/unsealed bags) at our discretion. Photographic proof will be required within 48 hours of delivery.
